ABSTRACT:

The mindset for acquiring CRM solutions is no longer about simply adding technology but rather about buying solutions that fit into your existing business environment and that your people will actually use.

In the new world of the Internet based services and software, the power of choice has increased exponentially. As senior executives, you need to embrace the changing dynamics of technology and really boil it down to what would work for your company!
