Richard is the technical leader for development of Alcatel-Lucent’s End-to-End Service Availability Support offer for IPTV, IMS, and UMTS network technologies. During Richard’s 22 years as a scientist in the telecommunications industry, he has led many major projects from concept to delivery. He is an expert in the optimization of next-generation network technologies, OSS architecture, and network management solutions.

Her specific areas of expertise are research & development, engineering, solution/product management, supply chain, and sales.
